These terms govern your use of the BrasilEU website and the Opportunity Scan, operated by Grand Brand OÜ. By using the site you agree to them.

What we provide

BrasilEU offers market-entry intelligence, a readiness Scan with an operator-reviewed readout, and — where appropriate — introductions to vetted partners across the Mercosur ⇄ EU corridor.

Not professional advice

Our content and readouts are business intelligence and routing recommendations only. They are not legal, tax, customs, accounting or investment advice. Decisions you take remain your own; verify regulatory and fiscal matters with a qualified professional before acting.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in the Scan so we can route you sensibly.
• Do not submit unlawful content, other people's personal data without a basis, or special-category data.
• Use the site and any introductions in good faith and in compliance with applicable law.

Introductions

Where we introduce you to a partner, we facilitate the connection; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any agreement you reach with that partner. Any commercial terms are between you and them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BrasilEU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia while the service is operated by Grand Brand OÜ, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have in your country of residence. This will be revisited as the Brazil and EU entities take over operations.
